HOW IT WORKS FOR HALLS

  1. 1. When a customer makes an enquiry for your Hall, our customer executive will call you to get the available dates, menus preferences and other services provided.
  2. 2. This information will be communicated to the customer and customer will proceed with the booking by paying the advance amount online.
  3. 3. The blocking time according to the Service agreement is 4 hours. That is, for the 4 hours the hall will block all other bookings. If the customer doesn't make a payment in 4 hours then hall can be open to other bookings after the blocking time.
  4. 4. As soon as the transaction is successful you will be notified immediately. This advance payment amount will be transferred to your account as per bank's norms and conditions.
  5. 5. In case of cancellations, the customer is liable to pay whatever charges as per your Hall's cancellation policy.
